At Civil Regime, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, attach the return label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
